Returns and Exchanges

Products are covered and based on TOKYO PC Limited warranty.

WARRANTY NOT COVERED IF RETURN ITEMS BY CUSTOMERS :

• If PC Infected by virus.
• Software’s crashes.
• Operating system changes ( Windows ) by customers.
• Hardware changes.
• Warranty does not cover water or any other liquid damage.
• Warranty does not cover if parts broken.
• If Any products which order by customer and later want to cancel that item will be charge 20% of amount. so please read condition carefully before buying .
• Should ask if you have any question about the products before buy call us 090 9106 0671.
• Claim products in the same days when you received or call us 090 9106 0671
• If products not longer needed after buy 20% will be charges of total amount.
• Our all products come from a 100% working certificate of vendor report.
• We have to send products to the vendor to know the exact error and reason it takes 1 weeks to 10 days.After that we can decide accordingly the reason for the fault.
• If you want to return the package you will need to notify us after payment to the courier and then you will need to send us back the package at your own expense for return or exchange

FOR ANY FALSE INFORMATION OF RETURN PRODUCTS BY CUSTOMERS WILL BE CHARGE PENALTY AMOUNT ¥ 10,000 /- SO PLEASE CAREFULLY CHECK BEFORE SEND US BACK.To return the Items, you must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.
