Product Claim-Warranty
Products are covered and based on TOKYO PC Limited warranty.
All Products tested and check well before shipping,please confirm your products on arrive and inform us if broken, or if you not satisfied with product send back in 2 days , and Open Box Software’s products unaccepted to return. Claim period if item received broken only 2 days, returned items shipping paid by customer.
WARRANTY NOT COVERED :
- If PC Infected by virus.
- Software’s crashes.
- Operating system changes ( Windows ) by customers.
- Hardware changes.
- Warranty does not cover water or any other liquid damage.
- Warranty does not cover if parts broken.
- If Any products which order by customer and later want to cancel that item will be charge 20% of amount. so please read condition carefully before buying .
- Our all products come from a 100% working certificate of vendor report.
- Yes (rechargeable)* The Battery time has not been confirmed because the battery is a consumable part. Operation is not guaranteed.
- We have to send products to the vendor to know the exact error and reason it takes 1 weeks to 10 days.After that we can decide accordingly the reason for the fault.
NOTE TO READ CAREFULLY :
For any false information of return products by customers will be CHARGE PENALTY amount
¥ 10,000 /- So please carefully check before return, Please must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.
